As a Customer Care Representative you will guide members through their healthcare experience, answer customer questions via phone, e-mail, or chat; or help providers with questions about member plans. You will be the person that members can rely on to help them navigate their healthcare needs by explaining their benefits, solving claim concerns, finding a doctor nearby or being their healthcare advocate. You will be their guide to a better healthcare experience by being proactive, anticipating next steps, and ensuring that they only need to call once to get the help they need. Here's what a typical day may look like: From the moment you login, you'll be focused on answering customer calls, demonstrating our values as you proactively work to resolve our members' questions and concerns You'll strive for first call resolution, working to resolve member issues at the point of contact Using dual monitors and leveraging computer based resources you'll find answers to customers questions, and help simplify next steps for members without giving them homework Acting as an advocate for our members, you may reach out to partners in other departments, or to Doctor's office to help resolve a customer need or concern You will be constantly learning, growing your knowledge and skills, and embracing new technology as we continue to evolve how we service our customers Anthem offers competitive pay and quarterly bonus incentives based on individual and departmental performance. Working with Associates and 3rd party contractors based in US (multiple delivery centers) and global teams to deliver Agile programs. Working with delivery executives to transform to an Agile delivery organization. Lead a team of enterprise coaches and scrum masters to effectively deploy agile methodologies and practices. Leading a 30 person team of Shared Services resources of Coaches and scrum masters. Responsible for tracking progress and reporting metrics of Agile adoption and execution. Preferred experience within medium-large sized Agile implementations (e.g. 100+ on-shore and off-shore Agile teams). Requires BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline with IT focus degree; 15 years of enterprise project management experience in broad-based information systems, minimum of 8 years of experience implementing Agile methodologies; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Demonstrated experience of managing increasing project size and complexity that are transformational in nature for the organization. Project management certification required within one year of job placement. Demonstrated application of and proven success of project management methodology, management tools, analysis and research tools, documentation tools, and reporting tools required. Experience in coaching and mentoring multiple program/project team members preferred. Experience in creating an effective team environment, building strong relationships, negotiation, solving problems and issues, resolving conflicts, managing resources in a matrix environment, communicating and influencing effectively at all levels of an organization required. Demonstrated application of project management methodology required. Requires an understanding of the overall organization and how to work within a matrix organization. Experience using portfolio management application and Altassian tools preferred. Deep expertise in Agile, Scrum, SAFe practices. Knowledge of data technologies/EDW/Big Data and large program delivery. Experience working with Scrum and Kanban teams. Knowledge of DevOps and Cloud technologies, preferred Agile Project Management Certifications - SAFe, PMP, preferred. Release Train Engineer preferred. Experience within medium-large sized Agile implementations (e.g. 100+ or more teams), preferred. Transformation experience in terms of adopting new IT methodologies and processes, working as a change agent to drive the change and adoption. Experience working with matrix-models and influencing senior and mid-level delivery leaders within the organization.
