Barsys is a thriving early-stage robotics company that has developed and commercialized a line of cutting edge automated bartending machines. We are seeking a marketing director who will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional partners to manage all aspects of the eCommerce business including, business planning, content strategy and development, promotional campaigns and other website design, customer service, web analytics and web technologies.


  • Develop key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans for small- and fast-growing customers
  • Develop, own, drive and implement the overall e-commerce strategy to ensure revenue growth through increased customer acquisition and conversion
  • Ensure that e-commerce initiatives are aligned with the overall strategy
  • Lead, direct, train and develop the E-Commerce team
  • Capture customer needs and other ideas for product and service improvements and share them with the leadership team
  • Conduct regular and in-depth analysis of our customer trends and patterns and act on this analysis to inform short, medium and long term strategy
  • Take full responsibility of your P&L
  • Actively participate in E-commerce initiatives to position Barsys for fast-growing businesses
  • Coordinate and align with the Barsys team to share customer information, winning strategies and other sales-related insights
  • Build and maintain a solid lead pipeline and expand it strategically
  • Define and measure KPIs for successful customer acquisition
  • Own and hit/exceed sales target for the US market
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
  • Report on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives


  • 3+ years of experience in E-commerce (preferably in a management position)
  • Proven track record of customer acquisition and e-commerce initiatives
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, being able to identify market opportunities and realize wins quickly
  • Experience in a multinational company, preferably in the staffing industry
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Demonstrated success in leading high-performance teams
  • English business proficiency (written and spoken) and respective business acumen
