An experienced demand generation marketing director or VP is required to join a rapid-growth cybersecurity vendor that is expanding their offering. This is the first marketing hire to be made and will be responsible for building a robust, talented marketing department, processes and complete function. There is emphasis on building out a high-performance lead generation function targeting B2B enterprise clients.
The company is seeing rapid sales growth in their 3rd year of trading and are about to receive their Series B funding (previous series A round in excess of $15M). They have an excellent product that is focused on identity access management, biometric security and authentication.
We are looking for someone who can be both strategic and hands-on. You will be responsible for the design, build & execution of a marketing strategy for the business that drives lead generation & demand for the sales team. You will hire appropriate staff and work with the C-Level stakeholders & sales function to build out appropriate marketing programs (reporting direct to the CEO).
Those applying should be highly experienced in marketing SaaS solutions within B2B environments
Have a track record of success in demand generation marketing/ lead generation, digital marketing and be a sales focused individual
Have worked in complex product environments. Ideally Cybersecurity but appropriate SaaS, Cloud or data centric solutions will be considered.
Have led a marketing function, designed & managed budgets and built teams.
Ideally have experience in a startup environment
Experience with lead automation marketing software such as Marketo or Hubspot is ideal
