The Sr. Manager, Project Management leads the implementation of project/program standards, tools and processes. This role requires an extremely well organized, solutions-focused workflow expert capable of implementing streamlined processes and enhanced communications. You manage and direct a unit of around 15 project to deliver professional excellence. Your unit delivers complex service delivery projects in the areas of cutting edge realtime 3D solutions, AR/VR, marketing asset productions and customized software solutions to be used in online product configurators, Point of Sale solutions or within client/agency processes. In this position you are accountable to deliver all projects in time, budget and quality. You are proficient in multiple PM methodologies (PMI, SCRUM, ...) and are able to guide the team to the right implementation. You will have direct customer interfacing in form of governance processes and within escalation situation. The challenges ahead
  • Owns the overall end-to-end Project Management process
  • Directs the process development and mapping work, including training as needed
  • Implements tools and processes that enable effective communication to produce, manage and trouble shoot tools that support production in the Content Studio
  • Reviews all documentation and assure consistency across teams
  • Creates useful business reporting for our executive leadership team
  • Establishes goals and conduct staff performance evaluations as required
  • Implements and manages Project Management training curriculum for new and existing employees?
  • Collaborates across all teams to implement change and ensure teams are working together in an efficient and effective manner
  • Role will be largely self-directed with minimal managerial oversight
  • Mentors and develops staff using a supportive and collaborative approach; establishing opportunities that encourage employee communication from a departmental or team perspective; use the recognition tools to drive employee engagement
  • Responsible for actively partaking in direct reports? performance management process throughout the 12-month period; includes creating goals, providing continuous feedback, and completing a master evaluation
  • Determines overall training needs for staff and ensure staff members receive timely and appropriate training and development
  • Responsible for identifying staffing needs and working with appropriate stakeholders to ensure appropriate levels, with the right resources assigned, are in place
  • Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment
  • Other duties as required
Your key success factors?
  • Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience required
  • A minimum of ten years? previous experience required
  • A minimum of five years? supervisory experience required?
  • Strong business/financial acumen
  • Some domestic and international travel may be required
  • This role will occasionally require work outside normal business hours to include nights and weekends
  • PMP Certification preferred
