Lead the growth of the company's e-Business development
Evaluate new areas of eCommerce opportunity beyond current organizational thinking for increasing sales.
Develop customer acquisition strategies (SEO, SEM, targeted display, and retargeting)
Partner and collaborate with marketing team on evaluation and development of global eCommerce roadmap to support the company's long-term growth strategies.
Development, ROI analysis and execution of all e-Commerce initiatives including email, paid media, promotions, and merchandising
Evaluate program effectiveness and ROI. Apply learnings to optimize future activations
Track positioning and optimize for top sellers and new products across all eCommerce partners
Plan and execute all website optimization, SEO/SEM marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns
Improve traffic, conversion rates, and average order value across all eCommerce partner sites and marketplaces
Systematically analyze online performance, recommend strategic and tactical changes to drive sales and profitability, increasing visitors, capturing larger average order sizes and managing margin performance
Establish, lead and motivate a talented eCommerce team providing vision, direction and guidance.
Evaluate online customer feedback to guide and drive excellent customer satisfaction from the eCommerce customer service team
Establish a strategic view of the digital commerce landscape, keeping current with industry best practices and trends.
Implement reporting system to measure the impact of digital and social media campaigns, mobile on website traffic, measure conversion rates, and more
Manage online margin and maximize online revenue and profitability by assessing and implementing effective pricing and promotional activities. Set and track annual KPI's.
Optimize experience on existing sites to improve conversion and increase repeat purchases.
Oversee the implementation and utilization of database marketing program to drive brand loyalty and sales
BA/BS required, MBA preferred.
Demonstrated effective leadership of eCommerce divisions and projects
Expertise on current eCommerce industry best practices
Extensive knowledge of eCommerce platforms, technology, trends & sophisticated analytics
High degree of initiative with willingness to roll up your sleeves to get things done
Proven track record of successfully developing and executing digital campaigns with superior ROI
Strong analytical skills with experience in social and digital analytics, including but not limited to site traffic, conversion, spend, click-through rate, etc.
Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills
Excellent communication skills
