What will you do? First, we'll get you up to speed on Harver and how we've brought our software to where it is today. Once you've found your bearings, youll collaborate with product, sales, development, and other internal teams to help create customized hiring solutions for our enterprise clientele. The leader of our Assessments team, Dr. Ben Porr , will help you navigate your new role and help guide you to success within Harver. Together with him, youll be:

  • Understanding client hiring and interview challenges and owning the business solution design, client presentation and success execution for new Harver partnerships.
  • An implementation and analytics wizard - with the ability to digest data and understand how to identify gaps and find opportunity to improve.
  • Thinking critically and strategically.
  • And help us elevate Harver to the next level.


  • 3-5 years of experience within assessment analytics preferably in a SaaS environment (start-up experience is a plus!)
  • Excellent communication &presentation skills (both written and verbal)
  • Deep understanding and experience within data/people analytics & selection and testing
  • Strong technical knowledge of the Assessment space
  • MA required, PHDpreferred (I-O Psychology)
  • Experience in People/HR technology a plus!
