DATE OPENED POSITION REPORTS TOMarch 25, 2019 Program Administrator Sr. Program Mgr.__________________________________________________________________Status: Full-time RegularDepartment: Customer ManagementLocation: Newark, NYPosition OverviewUnder limited supervision performs a variety of routine duties supporting IEC's Customer Support teams, mainly supporting Program Managers.Program Administrator Accountabilities:Sales order administration:* This includes all sales order types including 20 and 30 series for production orders, 40 and 50 series for customer returns, 60 series for materials sales and 70 and 90 series for NRE orders.* Using IEC's Sales Order Entry procedure, the individual will load all customer purchase orders in to the IEC Central System after verifying proper quantity, part number and pricing compliance.Price Impact Analysis (PIA):* Administer all changes requests from the IEC customer base via the PIA process.* Collect documentation changes from customer, initiate PIA log number, process through documentation center, process pricing and send to Business Unit Manager for approval.* Work with team members to resolve any open issues pertaining to the PIA process.Return Material Authorizations (RMA's):* Enter all customer repair orders into the IEC Central System ensuring pricing is prepared in a timely and accurate manner for out of warranty returns.* Duties include issuing RMA number to customers, entering MRP dates into the system, following the repair order through IEC's internal process until the product is shipped.Production status reporting:* Publish production status report for all open customer purchase orders on a weekly basis.* Duties will include meetings with focus factory personnel to determine production schedules and reasons for delays, if any.Position Qualifications:Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GED or related experience, Associates/Bachelor's degree is preferredMinimum Experience: 2 years of experience in accounting/sales/administrative office environmentOther Skills/Knowledge/Experience:* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Leadership skillsComputer Skills:* Intermediate Microsoft Word skills as evidenced by the ability to perform all of the basic functions as well as create moderately complex documents containing tables and graphs, and ability to mail merge documents, apply page setup functions (margins, page numbers, footers, headers), create an index and/or table of contents, use search & replace, print labels and envelopes* Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills as evidenced by the ability to perform all of the basic functions as well as the ability to use workbooks, link data, create and edit charts, change page orientation, add headers and footers, filter and sort lists, format data, insert rows, enter and sort data and produce graphs and chartsBasic Microsoft Powerpoint skills as evidenced by the ability to create and save a presentation, add titles, edit and delete slides, reordering slides, applying slide masters, checking spelling, and adding clip artAdditional Requirements:Pursuant to ITAR, EAR, and other export compliance laws and regulations, applicants for this position must be U.S. Persons as defined by U.S. law, i.e., U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents ('Green Card' holders), persons granted refugee status or asylum status in the United States, or temporary residents granted amnesty.Equal Opportunity Employer:As an equal opportunity employer, it is the policy of IEC Electronics to prohibit discrimination and harassment of any type and to afford equal employment opportunities to employees or applicants for employment without regard to any legally-recognized basis including but not limited to: race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, age, physical or mental disability, genetic information, veteran status, uniform service member status or any other protected class under federal, state or local law.
