The Opportunity:

This position will report to the Head of Info Security-Americas as a key member of the Information Security group primarily based out of Totowa NJ. The candidate will have, hands on security engineering experience, ITIL experience with Change Management governance a plus, Lifecycle Management, IT Resiliency, and risk assessment (Cloud, Application, RCSA) experience.?

The candidate will play a lead role in assessing compliance and opportunities against Minimum Control Standards, influencing key projects and net-new initiatives to be ?Secure from the Start,? and be able to present security findings / recommendations clearly (without the use of technical jargon) to executive management.??

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Experience in ITIL and Change Management processes:

  • Perform change evaluation on standard or complex change requests. Review change plan, risk assessment, timeframes, roll back plan, and communication strategy.
  • Lead weekly Change Advisory Board meetings

Operational Resilience:

  • Works with Infrastructure engineers to test our architecture resilience design and treat gaps or opportunities. ?
  • Work with business partners as well as the crisis management team on Disaster Recovery scenarios and testing.


Required: Bachelor?s or Master?s Degree in Information Technology or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in Information Security
  • Preferred: IT Security Certification(s) ? CRISC, CISSP, CISM, CISA
  • ?Experienced in the areas of IT Security, Engineering, Risk & Controls, Architecture
