A collaborative team environment that is trusting and safe where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of problem solving Assist with internal and external communication and improve transparency Provide expertise to support the project team in the following areas: o Scheduling, attending and running all project meetings o Project Timeline planning and management o Issue resolution and escalation o Knowledge Management o Vendor Management o Risk Management o Resource Management o Deliverable Management o Scope & Charter Management o Running projects in Agile (SCRUM, Kanban style) o Communications & status reporting o Identify, track, and resolve/escalate project impediments, risk, issues, actions and/or decisions. - provided by Dice
