The Senior Business Analyst JDE ERP will be responsible for:

Support various business processes within the JDE ERP system. This involves supporting Accounting, Human Resources, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Planning, Sales, and Distribution functions.

Review/Recommend/Implement new software technologies (cloud services, PLC Manufacturing Solutions, Workflow, BI, or other 3rd Party solutions) as needed for business process improvements

Analyze user requirements, prepare requirements document, current state and future state processes and identify gaps

Design processes to meet requirements, prepare functional specifications. Prepare test plans, conduct testing validation, and support user acceptance testing (UAT)

Ensure delivered IT solutions meet or exceed customer's expectations

Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of ERP application issues

Develop analytical reports and ad-hoc reporting

Assist with documenting ERP applications, data integration, and support procedures


8+ years of experience as an ERP Business Analyst (JD Edwards Enterprise One a plus)

5+ years of experience with ERP Systems, knowledge/experience with General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Asset Modules (Distribution/Sales/HR/Payroll Modules experience a plus)

Relational Database concepts (table views, linking tables, data mapping)

Basic Database Query (Access, SQL Server Management Studio)

Proficient in writing requirements document, functional specifications and preparing business process flows

Ability to manage multiple projects, support and consulting requests

Proactively scan the technology environment for new products and opportunities to enhance or support current/future business processes

High initiative with strong desire to learn new concepts, processes and technologies

Ability to effectively collaborate cross-functionally at varying levels in the organization

Able to communicate effectively with both business partners and IT professionals

Ability to meet objectives by influencing and engaging others across multiple teams.

Experience mentoring junior team members


Position will be Contract-to-Hire; immediate need
