The position requires a minimum of five years' experience in project management, process improvement, consulting, information technology or similar field along with a proven record of success with business transformations and change management. Must have established status as an agent of change in complex organizations with experience working within a strategic PMO environment. The role also requires a bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology or a related field (or additional equivalent work experience). An MBA is also a plus and Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP) is preferred. Successful candidates will have also demonstrated achievement and expertise in the following skills and competencies which are critical to the role:

SalesForce CRM knowledge and Experience are required!
Project Management - Ability to lead multiple teams to work cohesively in order to meet commitments and balance competing priorities. Utilization of a wide variety of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, etc.) in various operating environments.
Technical Implementation: Must have experience implementing technologies throughout the full project lifecycle. Certain roles may require prior implementation experience and expertise with specific software platforms (e.g. Salesforce) and/or product types (e.g. web-based technologies).
Communication Exceptional presentation and writing skills; ability to work well with teams and adapt messaging for diverse audiences
Analytical Quantitative aptitude and analytical approach for project reporting; should have a detailed understanding of data analysis and manipulation to make decisions
Influencing Persuasive communication style and adept at in influencing others.
Problem Solving - Ability to lead multiple teams that identify key issues, gather data to investigate those issues, and develop actionable recommendations. Given a strong fact base, candidate should be able to articulate and maintain a point of view when challenged by key stakeholders.

Time Management Ability to prioritize tasks and balance competing priorities to make commitments; ability to be flexible in adapting to changes in priorities, assignments, and other interruptions, which may impact pre-established timelines and courses of action for completing projects and assignments

Change Management - Ability to effectively partner across business units and with key stakeholders on project prioritization, change management and adoption strategies

Computer Software Expertise:
Portfolio Project Management (PPM) Tools such as Clarizen, Jira, Basecamp, Clarity, AtTask, Innotas, Daptiv, Microsoft Project
Software development, data analysis and manipulation tools

All Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft Visio or similar flowcharting application
