Helpdesk/Technical Support; Robert Half Technology has three upcoming contract to full time opportunity for a helpdesk/technical support technician with one of Las Vegas' fastest growing and most stable IT Departments. Looking for the right team player to join the \"A\" team of Technical Support Professionals. Responsible for attempting to resolve service requests related to application support, network connectivity, hardware troubleshooting, password resets, printer issues and email support. Candidates should have at least two years of current experience with troubleshooting PC hardware, network connectivity, Windows 7 10. Experience installing, troubleshooting, and repairing Point of Sales systems is a plus. Experience using remote access tools to assist end-users is highly desired. Helpdesk/Technical Support Technician must have 2+ years experience in a fast paced, high call volume enterprise level environment. Experience working in gaming or with Point of Sale systems is a plus. Previous experience with troubleshooting PC or Laptop Hardware, printers, email, network connectivity, Windows 7 10 required. Experience using remote access tools to assist end-users, and helpdesk ticketing software is highly desired. A+ and Net+ Certification highly desired.Technology doesn't change the world. People do.
