  • Position: Technical Support Associate Analyst
  • Status: Contract assignment
  • Estimated Duration: 6 months+

  • Our client is looking for a Technical Support Associate/Analyst for an immediate contract role.

    Duties include:
  • Responsible for execution of all administrative and scheduling functions of the Refresh process.
  • Assesses, plans, monitors, evaluates and reports on the Computer Refresh program execution.
  • Participates in and/or facilitates the design, development, and implementation of new operational controls, performance metrics, information management systems, and automated processes.
  • Compiles and analyzes results of services for identification of improvement opportunities.
  • Requires sufficient knowledge of IT operations, responsibilities, work flow processes and procedures to resolve most inquiries independently.
  • Good analytical and communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work effectively with client and other IT staff.
  • Maintain policies, process, and procedural documentation
  • Provide exceptional Customer Service during all written and verbal communications
  • Maintain, analyze, and report on metrics
  • Utilize and apply continuous improvement methodologies to identify and implement improvement opportunities

  • Education: Associate' s Degree in Computer Science or other related field and at least two years of experience in IT or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
