  • Own the end to end process of delivering Programs from strategic inception to performance measurement, including chartering, goal alignment, business cases, stakeholder management, cross-functional accountability, action plans, schedules, reporting, issue resolution, risk assessment and metrics measures. Accountable to ensure all functions remain on schedule, that issues get escalated and resolved, and that the programs are completed successfully
  • Collaborates with the core team to develop programmatic Workplace solutions for real estate needs and lead programs through implementation and completion
  • Owns technology, reporting and dashboard results of all programs and projects. Responsible for reporting status of individual and groups of projects and programs. Must be able to provide appropriate levels of detail, and also be able to summarize complex issues succinctly
  • Own design standards and solutions
  • Influence cross-functional departments to manage and prioritize demands and ensure efficient execution
  • Own the end to end process of delivering Construction Projects including standard construction schedules, milestone development, scoping templates, budget development and tracking, RFP process, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal and external audits, develop and own regulatory and control processes within real estate
  • Support of M&A activity including capital planning requirements
  • Ensures the project management process includes all requirements for transaction management, facility management, finance/accounting, IT, Security and legal teams
  • Own contractual oversight of all global project vendors, ensuring appropriate resourcing, pricing and workflow. Establishing KPIs, overseeing performance and measurement

  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, construction management, business or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate program/project leadership -- construction, architecture or architectural engineering experience preferred
  • Strong financial knowledge of construction development concepts and accounting principles
  • Proven track record of developing, executing and managing real estate programs
  • Contract management experience
  • Experience presenting complex financial and organizational analyses to Senior and Executive Leadership teams
  • Strong communication skills at an executive with experience in managing expectations and results for multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to operate and partner in a highly matrixed environment
  • Enthusiasm for solving problems and implementing creative solutions
  • Ability to manage challenges in a constantly changing fast paced environment
  • Ability to Travel
